Eiffel Tower Restaurant Best Dinner with a View

TOP NEW VEGAS HOT SPOT FOR 2011

Eiffel Tower Restaurant

Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino
3655 Las Vegas Blvd., South

High atop the Strip, crafted inside the replica landmark, Chef J. Joho's Eiffel Tower Restaurant serves the most acclaimed French cuisine available in Las Vegas, with lamb seasoned to perfection and foie gras unlike any other.  While each meticulously prepared dish is a treat for the palate, the restaurant itself is a feast for the eyes; sitting more than 100 feet above Las Vegas Boulevard, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant provides one of the most vibrant views in all of Nevada.  Most notably, it has a spectacular aerial perspective of the Bellagio dancing fountains.  It's a perfect destination for lunch, dinner or cocktails. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is also a wonderful choice for Sunday brunch. Relax and unwind with live jazz as you enjoy a stunning à la carte brunch menu, plus cocktails and Champagne. Signature brunch items include poached egg and cheese soufflé and stuffed French toast with caramelized bananas. These dishes are perfectly complemented by Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and Grey Goose cocktails, and of course the smooth sounds of live jazz.

PREVIOUS TOP HOT SPOT

Alize

Palms Casino Resort
4321 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas

When the Palms Hotel decided to open a restaurant on the 56th floor, they knew they had to do it right. See, a lot of restaurants that push their view don't push their food, know what I mean? But Alize is as right as cuisine can get. Chef Andre Rochat knows his Mediterranean cookbook, all right: rack of lamb, duck breast with berry sauce, baklava. The service here is top notch. And the view -- get outta here. It puts the entire Strip in the palms of your hands. There's lots of candlelight and romantic oohs and ahhs to be had before and after dinner. The bar stocks its share of rare cognac and grappa to top off a perfect evening.
