Fashion Outlets is a single-level, fully-enclosed upscale specialty outlet shopping destination showcasing the world's best collection of designer manufacturers featuring discount prices, including Neiman Marcus Last Call Clearance Center, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Burberry Factory Outlet, Williams-Sonoma Marketplace, Banana Republic Factory Store, Old Navy Outlet, Escada Company Store, Coach Factory Store, Bally Outlet, St. John Company Store, Tod's, Tommy Bahama, Kenneth Cole New York, BCBG Max Azria, Versace Company Store and more.  Fashion Outlets opened in July 1998, and offers frequent daily customer shuttle service from MGM Grand Hotel and Casino and New York-New-York Hotel and Casino.  Fashion Outlets is attached to Primm Valley Resort and Casino, one of the three hotel casinos in Primm.  When you're done shopping, don't forget to stop by the convenience store at the south end of the parking lot.  It is located just across the border in California and you can buy Mega Millions lottery tickets there.

Its distinctive white canopies resemble snow-capped mountaintops and cover a campus-like pedestrian mall. Misting towers keep shoppers cool even in the summer heat as they browse the 125 stores and restaurants. Parking is limited, so try the shuttle bus from downtown that costs $1 and runs every few minutes.
